- Gartshore has it’s
roots in construction and is one of New Zealand’s longest serving Registered Master
Builders.
Gartshore commenced operation over fifty years ago as a construction company before
diversifying into various construction related interests, joinery, commercial interiors,
property development etc.

- Over the years Gartshore
has maintained it’s construction interests through both commercial and residential
projects. It’s involvement centres around projects under $5,000,000.00 and regally
include Government construction contracts, from schools and offices through to hospitals
etc. Gartshore design and build projects focused on cost-effective construction
techniques, specifically designed to meet client specifications and budget.
Today’s construction environment requires in-house specialist project managers and
quantity surveyors to monitor each individual project ensuring budget constraints are
adhered to and project delivery times maintained.

based in Tauranga and it’s focus is primarily on projects within the Bay of Plenty
and Waikato.
